Oak Pointe Preserve is a gated, 29 lot residential development. About 19 lots have full water features with beautiful scattered oaks and surrounding ponds and lakes. Purchasers can choose their own builder and there is no required time frame for building. The houses to be built on the lots are subject to approval by the HOA committee.
